Rosa Thoneick

Rosa Thoneick is a PhD student and research associate at the City Science Lab, where research focuses on digitalization in participatory planning and ICT tool development for the European Commission's H2020 track. Rosa has extensive experience in project development and communication at the CityScienceLab@Hafencity University and has held various roles including creative strategist at THE INTERNET SHOP and facilitator at FAKTOR 3 AG. As a freelance multimedia editor at DER SPIEGEL, innovative storytelling methods were developed, and multimedia projects were planned and executed. Rosa has also lectured in multimedia journalism and gained hands-on experience in video editing and content management. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in progress at HafenCity Universität Hamburg, a Master of Science in Urban Design, and a Bachelor's degree focusing on Applied Literary and Cultural Studies, Psychology, and Journalism, among other educational achievements.
