David Cloutier

David Cloutier is an experienced project manager with a solid background in construction and development. Currently serving as Chargé de projets at St-Denis Thompson since August 2020, David previously held the position of Vice-président construction et développement at SCIDEX from August 2015 to August 2020. Additional experience includes project management roles at Mini Excavation Beloeil and Les constructions bricon, focusing on contract management in civil works from 2006 to 2015. Early career experience as a technician at the Ministère des Transports du Québec involved contract supervision from 2004 to 2006. David holds a Baccalauréat in Enseignant et gestion dans le sport from Université Laval and a degree in Géodésie et génie civil from Cégep Ahuntsic.
