Executive Leadership Team and San Francisco City Director at City Service Mission (CSM)

Jason F. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jason started their career in 2002 as a Missionary to Youth in Austria, where they led youth small groups, assisted in youth rallies, and co-led Summer English camps. In 2004, they became a Pastor in the Student Ministry at the Evangelical Free Church of Salt Lake City, Utah. Jason organized and led youth services, Bible studies, and events for junior high to college-aged youth, while also implementing small group ministries and training small group leaders. In 2005, Jason worked as a Bicycle Mechanic and Retail Salesperson at Brickyard Cyclery, where they built, repaired, and customized bicycles, as well as trained new employees. Simultaneously, they also served as a Missionary for EFCA, focusing on USA development. In this role, they equipped churches and individuals for short to mid-term mission experiences, created two-year programs for young adults, and developed a donor base for financial support. Finally, Jason joined City Service Mission (CSM) in 2010, where they held multiple roles. Jason served as the Executive Leadership Team and San Francisco City Director, acting as a liaison between the board and the organization. Jason identified development opportunities and strategic goals for the team, managed a staff of 20, and supervised various aspects of the organization, including hiring, training, evaluation, and budgeting. Jason served on the Executive Leadership Team until April 2020, providing strategic leadership for CSM.

Jason F. started their education in 1995 at Salt Lake Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in General Studies. Jason completed their studies at Salt Lake Community College in 1998. Following that, from 1998 to 2001, they attended Trinity International University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries with a focus on Youth Ministry.
