Nikki Battestilli

Nikki Battestilli is currently the Marketing Director at City Theatre Company. Nikki has over eight years of experience in marketing and management positions. Prior to their current role, Nikki was a Marketing Consultant at The Resilience Group from June 2016 to August 2021. Nikki has also held positions as Marketing/Development Director at Wolf Performing Arts Center from June 2015 to August 2018, General Manager at Pasion y Arte Flamenco Co. from September 2014 to February 2015, and House Manager at the University of Pennsylvania from February 2013 to June 2015. In addition to their professional experience, Nikki has also been involved in the dance community as a receptionist/dance instructor at Fireworks Dance Center and as a counselor at Kids Across America 3.

Nikki Battestilli first earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Robert E Cook Honors College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Nikki then went on to earn a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University.

Nikki Battestilli reports to James McNeel, Managing Director. They work with Dustin Medvid - Facility Manager, Dianne Duursma - Director of Development, and Katie Trupiano - Director of Education & Accessibility.
