Antony J. la Bozetta

Antony J. La Bozetta, C(k)PF PHR, serves as the University Retirement Plan Asset Officer (Director of Retirement Plans) at the City University of New York since January 2017, managing multiple retirement plans for over 27,000 lives and $8.1 billion in assets. Antony is also the Principal, Founder, and Owner of Resume Consulting Services, providing comprehensive career assistance to job seekers. Previous experience includes a role as a Contract Consultant at ASPEN INSURANCE GROUP, where Antony managed the design and strategy of benefits programs for over 450 employees, and as the Manager of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS at New Bridge Medical Center, overseeing benefits and compensation for over 2,200 employees. Additionally, Antony contributed as an Advisory Board Member for the Institute for Human Resources from April 2012 to November 2015, advising on educational content related to benefits. Antony holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Business Administration and Management from Bloomfield College.
