Carmen Renee Green, MD, currently serves as the Dean, Professor, and Bert Brodsky Chair at The City University of New York since October 2021, overseeing education, research, and clinical operations at the institution. Concurrently, Carmen Green holds the title of Professor Emeritus of Anesthesiology and OB/GYN at the University of Michigan Medical School, where prior roles included Professor and Pain Medicine Physician, as well as Associate Vice President and Associate Dean for Health Equity and Inclusion. Carmen Green's academic journey began with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, obtained from 1983 to 1987.
