Elizabeth Rincon has extensive experience in staff development, training, and mental health consulting. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for Staff Development and Program Support at The City University of New York since March 2018, Elizabeth previously held a role as the Coordinator for Staff Development and Training within the same organization.
