Naomi Davies

Naomi Davies is an accomplished professional in facilities management and project planning, currently serving as AVP of Facilities Management, Planning & Capital Projects at Hunter College since October 2021. With over a decade of experience at The City University of New York as Director of Space Planning & Capital Projects, and a previous role as Director of Facilities and Capital Projects at Vassar College, Davies has demonstrated expertise in campus-wide Master Planning and management of capital projects. Prior experience includes directing academic and administrative projects at New York University within the Washington Square Park area. Davies holds an M. Sc. in Real Estate Finance with a focus on Real Estate Acquisitions from New York University and a degree in Architecture and Environmental Studies from The City College of New York.
