Nate Cooper

Nate Cooper is a Professor of UX and Product Design at The City University of New York, focusing on developing a UX/Human Centered Design program in partnership with Kingsborough College. In addition to this role, Nate serves as the Head of Product and CEO at SWARM., where responsibilities include leading strategy and business development. Nate also co-teaches a Product Management class at Binghamton University School of Management. With a strong background in technology education, Nate has held instructional positions at General Assemb.ly, School of Visual Arts, Fashion Institute of Technology, and Noble Desktop, covering a range of topics such as WordPress, web design, and human-centered design. Nate co-founded Reboot Labs, an education company, and contributed to The Metropolitan Museum of Art as a researcher in the Met Media Lab. Educational qualifications include an AA from San Joaquin Delta College and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
