Thomas Hull

Thomas Hull serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Pasco-Hernando State College, overseeing technology for six campuses within the Florida State system since June 2023. Hull's extensive experience includes leadership positions as Senior Vice President and CIO at the University at Buffalo, Vice President and Chief IT Officer at The City University of New York, and roles at Florida Polytechnic University, Pace University, IBM, Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, VCU Health, and UHC. Hull holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Pace University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
