Jessica Crocker Sphr

Jessica Crocker, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced organizational culture strategist currently serving as the Organizational Culture Director at City Utilities of Springfield since November 2021. In this role, Jessica supports workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement while overseeing community outreach and recruitment initiatives for underrepresented groups. Previously, Jessica held various positions at Cintas, including Senior Human Resources Manager, where oversight of multiple locations and talent development was key. Additional experience includes Senior Recruitment Specialist at Oxford HealthCare-Missouri, Office Partner at Family Medical Walk In Clinic, HR/Payroll Manager at The Children's Garden Discovery School, and Director for the Learning Care Group, with success in managing early childhood education settings. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Drury University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from City University of Seattle.
