Joel Alexander

Joel Alexander has extensive experience in media and communications, serving as Media Relations Manager and Manager of Communications at City Utilities of Springfield since 2002. Prior to that, Joel worked at KYTV (KY3, Inc.) from November 1988 to April 2002, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Photographer and field supervision of 12 Television Photojournalists at a leading NBC affiliate. Joel holds a degree from Drury University, completed between 1982 and 1986.
