Kelly Turner

Kelly Turner has a strong and extensive work experience in various roles. Kelly started their career at Olsson Associates in 2007, where they served as Vice President until 2015. In 2015, they joined City Utilities of Springfield as the Director of Transit, a position they held until 2018. From 2018 onwards, they worked as the Manager of Power Generation Engineering and later became the Director of Power Generation. In 2022, Kelly took on the role of Vice President of Customer Operations & Communications. Kelly is currently employed at City Utilities of Springfield.

Kelly Turner attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering.
