Kevin Roods

Kevin Roods has extensive experience in the utility and planning sectors, serving as a Developer Services Specialist at City Utilities of Springfield since February 1985. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as an Office Manager at Gordon and Associates from January 1982 to February 1985, and as a Planner at the Knoxville-Knox County Metro Planning Commission from January 1979 to September 1981. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Urban & Regional Planning from Missouri State University, obtained between 1971 and 1977.
