Phil Harris

Phil Harris has extensive experience in the utilities sector, currently serving as the Manager of Natural Gas and Water Engineering/Contract Inspection at City Utilities of Springfield since October 2009. In this role, Phil oversees the enterprise Geographic Information System, ensuring data integrity and coordinating GIS needs across distribution departments. Previously, from September 1994 to July 2009, Phil held various engineering roles within the same organization, managing projects related to natural gas and water systems. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and has a Pre-Engineering background from Missouri State University.
