Warren Brooks

Warren Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Warren began their career in 1994 as an Upholsterer at White Knight Upholstery, where they repaired and replaced auto and boat upholstery, managed inventory, and scheduled work. Warren then worked as a Loadslip Operator at Dayco Products from 1998 to 1999, where they were responsible for inventory management, data entry, and operating warehouse machinery. From 1999 to 2000, Warren worked as an Engineering Assistant at ViaTech Publishing Solutions, Inc., overseeing production schedules, inventory control, and coordinating with vendors. In 2002, Warren joined City Utilities of Springfield as a Senior Engineer, later progressing to roles such as Supervisor, Manager, and Director in Electric Line Engineering and Substation Engineering departments. Warren's most recent position at City Utilities of Springfield is Vice President of Electric Operations, a role they have held since July 2023.

Warren Brooks earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 2006 and 2007. Prior to that, they pursued pre-engineering at Missouri State University, where they received a B.S.E.E. degree in the years spanning from 2000 to 2003.
