Patrick W. Hendry

Patrick W. Hendry serves as the President for Northern California at City Ventures, LLC, a leading builder of solar-powered, ecologically responsible homes since 2012. Under Patrick's leadership, City Ventures transforms underutilized real estate into affordable residential housing across various communities. Prior experience includes roles at Madison Realty Capital, where Patrick held positions from Analyst to Senior Vice President, and at Pacer Communities as Director of Development specializing in large masterplan communities in Southern California. Patrick W. Hendry holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco, and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
