Steve Bumgarner is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in customer service and maintenance management. Currently serving as Field Superintendent for City Wide Property Services, Inc. since March 2023, Steve oversees operations within the field. Prior to this, a tenure of over 16 years at Fulcrum Management Group as Operations Manager involved managing daily activities at the Cannery on the Boulevards and addressing diverse tenant maintenance needs. From September 1996 to June 2006, Steve worked as a Maintenance Technician at Mass Air Systems, providing service and repairs on air and water units for over 150 gas stations across Northern California and Nevada. Steve's early career also included a position as Head Bartender at The Hilltop Tavern from May 1988 to August 1995, emphasizing strong customer service skills. Steve attended American River College from 1981 to 1982.
