Tom Fallon has significant experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the National Director of Culture, Training, and Development at City Winery since September 2018, after holding multiple roles including Training Manager and Service Director in both NYC and Boston. In this role, Tom oversees the hiring and training of service staff, ensuring alignment with company culture and service standards. Prior to City Winery, Tom worked at Omni Hotels & Resorts from June 2014 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing daily operations for multiple restaurant outlets as the Outlet Manager and assisting in these operations as Assistant Outlet Manager and Restaurant Supervisor. Tom holds a degree from Southern Connecticut State University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
