Travis Van Caster is an experienced winemaker currently employed at City Winery since June 2020. With a strong background in winemaking and enology, previous roles include Harvest Blending Winemaker at Miller Family Wine Company and Winemaker at E. & J. Gallo Winery, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale fermentations, developing new products, and mentoring staff. Travis has contributed to significant projects, such as the implementation of an extended maceration program and the establishment of a flash détente installation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Viticulture and Enology from Cornell University, supplemented by studies at several prestigious institutions.

City Winery, founded in 2008 by Michael Dorf, delivers a unique culinary and cultural experience to urban wine enthusiasts passionate about music. Each City Winery offers intimate concerts, upscale dining, private event spaces, and a fully functioning winery.
