Additional experience includes a Receptionist role at Rede Estanplaza de Hotéis from December 2011 to March 2015, where duties involved leading morning staff and addressing guest complaints. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Online Marketing and Digital Strategy from Griffith College Dublin, a General English Course from ISE, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, and Hotel Operations training at the Glion Institute of Higher Education.
