Andy Dean

Andy Dean has a diverse work experience starting from 2002. Andy worked as a Program Manager and Admissions Manager at City Year from 2002 to 2004. Andy then transitioned to the role of Production Design Coordinator from May 2004 to October 2004. From October 2004 to October 2005, they served as a Design & Production Manager. Andy served as a Senior Designer & Production Manager from November 2005 to June 2008. Andy was then promoted to Creative Director and worked in that role from July 2008 to March 2011. Andy was further promoted to Senior Creative Director and held that position from April 2011 to June 2015. Their most recent role at City Year is Vice President & Creative Director since July 2015. Prior to their work at City Year, Andy worked as a creative consultant for their own company, Andy Dean Design, in 2002.

Andy Dean attended the University of Michigan from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of General Studies degree. Their degree focused on the fields of English, Sociology, and Illustration.
