Ian Adderley

Ian Adderley currently serves as the Regional Recruitment Manager for the East Region at City Year, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include fostering school partnerships, analyzing student performance data, and leading a team of AmeriCorps members to support educational outcomes. Prior experience at City Year includes roles as Impact Manager, where Ian focused on collaboration with school staff and development of Corps Members, and Team Leader, providing developmental support. Ian's earlier work as a Corps Member involved conducting reading tutoring and implementing intervention strategies for middle school students. In 2017, Ian was also a FEMA Corps Member with AmeriCorps NCCC, dedicated to national service and disaster preparedness. Ian completed education at Georgia Southwestern State University from 2012 to 2014.
