Jessica Proett

Jessica Proett currently serves as the Senior Director of External Evaluation at City Year, where responsibilities include developing and managing complex evaluation projects with an equity-based approach, facilitating external partnerships, and contributing to education policy research. Jessica's extensive experience spans project management, curriculum design, and community engagement across various educational organizations, including roles as Director of External Evaluation and Senior Manager of School Design & Support at City Year, and Spanish Instructor and Diversity Liaison at Jeffco Public Schools. Additionally, Jessica has a background in freelance copywriting, editing, and translation, and has previously held positions in marketing and program management. Jessica holds a master's degree in Middle East and Islamic Studies from The American University of Paris and a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Colorado State University.
