Kwabena Safo-Agyekum

Kwabena Safo-Agyekum currently serves as the Senior Director of Individual Giving at City Year since February 2024 and has been the Founder and Artistic Director of Kwabs Dance Company, LLC since February 2018, focusing on wellness through customized dance experiences. Previously, Kwabena held the position of Director of Development at STEM From Dance for a brief period in 2023 and worked as a Leadership Giving Officer at Dartmouth College from June 2019 to December 2021, managing a portfolio of 250 individual giving prospects. Additional experience includes roles as Marketing Manager at Golub Capital and Channel Marketing Manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where responsibilities included crafting marketing plans and creating materials for diverse sales channels. Kwabena began a career in marketing and data analytics at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, contributing strategic insights on client engagement.
