Lea Ann Skogsberg

Lea Ann Skogsberg is a seasoned professional in nonprofit leadership and fundraising with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Capital Campaign Counsel at the Kenan Center and a National Speaker for Dollars and Sense for Nonprofit Success, Skogsberg also holds the position of Personal Fundraising Coach at Bonterra, pioneering efforts for nonprofit performance enhancement. As the Founder and Managing Associate at Dollars and Sense, Skogsberg specializes in innovative funding strategies, grant management, and cultivating donor partnerships. Additional roles include Interim Director of Development at City Year and prior leadership positions at Aurora University, where significant grants were secured. Skogsberg's educational background includes a Master’s in Journalism from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s in Business from Fontbonne University.
