Mary Fagans

Mary Fagans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and urban planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Site Operations at City Year since August 2009, Mary oversees the operational success of 29 sites and supports the Regional and Site Operations team in strategic initiatives. Additional roles at City Year include Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, and various leadership positions in initiatives such as the National Leadership Summit. Prior to City Year, Mary gained urban planning experience through positions at Meisner and Associates, Elkus Manfredi Architects, and Hamilton County Government, complemented by a work-study abroad program focused on sustainable tourism. Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati.
