Meredith Hansen

Meredith Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Meredith is currently a Member at Chief, a position they started in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at City Year, including Senior Vice President of External Engagement, Policy & International Operations, Vice President of International and Special Initiatives, Sr. Director of Strategic Recruitment Initiatives, and Director of Corporate Partnerships. Before their time at City Year, they worked at Ozanam as a Public Relations/Volunteer Coordinator and at Don Bosco Community Center as a Special Events Coordinator. Meredith also served as a Regional Representative at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Meredith Hansen completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, as well as English Literature, from Simpson College during the period of 1994 to 1998. In 1997, they also had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester at Richmond, The American International University in London, furthering their knowledge and skills in Communication and Media Studies, as well as English Literature.
