Mollie Puskar

Mollie Puskar currently serves as the Senior Director of Corporate & Foundations Partnerships at City Year, where leadership involves guiding the Corporate Development & Foundations team to secure $3 million annually in private revenue through grants and sponsorships. Additional responsibilities encompass managing over 75 corporate relationships, overseeing a team of development professionals, and orchestrating fundraising events, including the launch of City Year Greater Boston's Alumni Network. Prior roles include Director of Volunteer Impact and Civic Engagement Manager, where Mollie successfully expanded volunteer opportunities and facilitated numerous community service events. Mollie's earlier experience includes serving as an AmeriCorps Member and working with the Maine Conservation Corps. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Colby College.
