Rhonda Jackman

Rhonda Jackman is an accomplished Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at City Year since November 2013, overseeing full-cycle recruitment and leading candidate sourcing strategies. With prior experience as a Contract Recruiter at J. Jill and as a Recruiter/Sourcer at Tufts University, Rhonda has demonstrated expertise in assessing and placing candidates within various sectors.
