Aarthi Rao

Aarthi Rao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in behavioral insights and program design in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Behavioral Insights and Engagement Innovation at Cityblock Health, Aarthi leads a team focused on translating member insights into actionable engagement strategies. Prior to this role, Aarthi held key positions at CVS Health, including founding and leading the Design & Innovation Lab, where innovative approaches such as design thinking and behavioral science were applied to improve healthcare delivery and address public health challenges. Aarthi's experience spans various roles, including consulting with global health researchers at UC Berkeley and contributing to projects for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Aarthi earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Public Health, Economics, and Anthropology from The Johns Hopkins University.
