Austin Gardner

Austin Gardner is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in engineering management and project coordination across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Engineering Manager at Cityblock Health since June 2022, Austin previously held roles such as Lead Software Engineer at Nava, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on state benefits programs and compliance solutions. Austin has also led significant cloud infrastructure and API development projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services while at Nava. Prior experience includes senior project management roles at Softway and Baker Hughes, where Austin managed multimillion-dollar projects and implemented agile methodologies.
