Benjamin Ewell is a seasoned leader in healthcare strategy and growth, currently serving as Managing Director of Growth at Cityblock Health since March 2022. Ewell also provides consulting and advisory services at Kaizen Health while being an active member of the Next Series Club, which focuses on advancing Chicago’s startup financial community. Previous roles include Senior Director of Growth for Oscar Health and VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations at Kaizen Health, where efforts were dedicated to addressing transportation barriers to healthcare access. Ewell's extensive experience includes positions at AIM Specialty Health, PwC's Healthcare Advisory, The Chartis Group, and Navigant Consulting, along with a strong educational background comprising an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and degrees in Economics and Government from William & Mary.
