Caitlin Dugan is a data science professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Staff Data Scientist and Tech Lead at Cityblock Health, Caitlin's role involves contributing to the Clinical Success Team. Prior to this, Caitlin held positions as a Senior Data Scientist and Senior Risk Adjustment Analyst at Mount Sinai Health System, where skills in dashboard development and data analysis were applied to improve patient care metrics.
