Josh Ruminski

Josh Ruminski is a seasoned executive in the health care sector with a focus on member experience and clinical operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Member Experience at Cityblock Health since November 2024, Josh previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Health Plan Clinical Care and Vice President of Clinical Operations at Commonwealth Care Alliance from December 2020 to November 2024. Prior to that, Josh worked at MAXIMUS as Vice President of Operations and at Truven Health Analytics as Director of Client Services. Experience also includes serving as Deputy Director of Operations for MassHealth in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and as a Policy Analyst/Auditor with the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Josh holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Policy and Management from Syracuse University - Maxwell School and a degree from the University of Connecticut.
