Jessica has a strong background in operations management, having previously held roles such as Operations Manager and Branch Manager at City Care Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance operations and managing teams. With a solid educational foundation including a Diploma in Management (Advanced) from NZIM and various certificates in design, Jessica combines expertise in both management and operational processes to drive exceptional outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
