Saara Eder-Falck is the Founder and CEO of Wavelet Consulting, specializing in Talent, Employer Branding, and Employee Experience. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and people support, Saara has held prominent roles including Co-Founder and CEO at Reframed Oy, Talent Acquisition specialist at Infrakit, and Advisor at Fambition. Saara's previous experience includes leadership positions at Wärtsilä, where responsibilities spanned global talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR technologies, along with a significant role in transforming talent acquisition practices at Huhtamaki. Saara's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Jyväskylä and further studies in labour and employment law, complemented by a minor in Chinese language from Beijing Language and Culture University.
