Ryan Parzick

Ryan Parzick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in market research, business ownership, and education. Currently an Associate at Cityfi since January 2023, Ryan previously founded and operated Fuerte Fitness from July 2014 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Market Research at AQUILA Commercial, LLC, where Ryan managed operations and budget for the Market Research department, as well as roles as Market Research Manager and Analyst. Ryan also contributed to energy efficiency research as a Research Consultant for the Center for American Progress and gained experience in city planning and education through various internships and teaching positions. Ryan holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
