Currently serving as the Lead Programme Manager at CityFibre since January 2022, Emma previously held the position of Programme & Transformation Manager at Virgin Media O2. Prior to this role, Emma dedicated two decades to O2 (Telefónica UK), where positions included Ways of Working Programme & Transformation Manager - HR, GDPR Programme Manager, and Sales and Service Project Manager, among others. Additionally, Emma was a Lead Learning and Development Consultant for the Connected World segment of O2 UK, focusing on enhancing departmental KPIs through targeted consulting and solution design.
