Kate Sandhu

Kate Sandhu has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Kate is currently the Head of ESG and Strategic Initiatives at CityFibre, where they lead the sustainability strategy and roadmap, as well as drives core strategic initiatives. Prior to this, they owned their own renovation company. Kate has also worked at Deloitte as the Universities Evaluation and Data Lead for the COVID-19 National Testing Programme and as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy & Transformation officer at BT. Additionally, they have had previous roles in John Lewis & Partners and Deloitte, where they led talent transformation and change programs and worked as a financial services consultant.

Kate Sandhu has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a BSc in Psychology with a 2.1 degree from The University of Sheffield. Following that, in 2007, they pursued an MSc in Management at the same institution. Kate has also obtained various certifications over the years, including Women in Leadership from the London Business School in 2021 and Change Management in 2015.
