Neil Watson

Neil Watson has a diverse work experience, spanning over two decades. Neil most recently worked at CityFibre as the Head Of Technical Operations, starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they were a Council Member at ISPA UK, beginning in July 2016. From 2006 to 2019, Neil held the position of Head of Service at Entanet International, where they oversaw various service domains within the company. Before that, they worked as a Managed Services Technical Manager at iSOFT plc from 2005 to 2006 and as a Premier Support Unit Manager at Business Serve PLC from 2003 to 2005. Neil's career started at The Webfactory Ltd, where they served as a Technical Support Manager from 1997 to 2003.

Neil Watson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and International Business from London South Bank University in the years 1991-1995. Neil also has several additional certifications in various fields obtained between the years 2018-2020, including Design Thinking, Mental Health First Aid, and ITIL certificates.
