Saira Haider

Saira Haider currently serves as the Head of Operational Planning at CityFibre and is a member of the London COO Roundtable. With extensive experience in operational leadership, Saira has previously held roles such as Global Head of Business Excellence at Thorogood, Chief Operating Officer at TouchNote, and various senior positions at BT including Senior Manager of Planning & Operations. Career highlights include managing strategic initiatives to support business growth, leading the integration of Orange and T-Mobile at EE, and consulting for organizations such as MI-GSO | PCUBED and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Saira holds a Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University.
