Tomas Aylward

Tomas Aylward is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a First Officer and previously as a Second Officer on the CRJ900 at CityJet since June 2022, operating primarily in Northern Europe on a wet lease for SAS. Prior to this, Tomas held the position of Registry Official at SITA, contributing to the international registry of mobile assets, and completed ground schooling at CAE, achieving a 92% average across 14 ATPL exams. Additional experience includes a graduate role at SITA, where involvement with the International Registry of Mobile Assets occurred, leading swim instruction roles at Trinity College Dublin and Delphin Lifesaving Club, and lifeguard duties at ALSAA Sports and Social Club. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Aviation Management from Dublin City University and a Bachelor of Science in Air Transportation from Buckinghamshire New University.
