Chris Versluis

Chris Versluis currently serves as an Asset Manager at CityLink since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Analyst (Asset Management) and Commercial Analyst at NSI from November 2017 to December 2021, as well as working in Commercial Real Estate Financing at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance from August 2014 to October 2017. Previous positions also include Contract Manager at PSA Finance Nederland and participation in internships related to real estate at NSI and Helm & Wesep Makelaars. Chris holds a degree in Investment Analysis from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and has completed a degree in Real Estate from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, along with an MBO in Engineering from ROC Zadkine Rotterdam.
