Hilary FitzGibbon has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2011. Hilary began their career as a Sales Associate at The Running Room in 2011. In 2012, they became a Student Assistant Mentor Coordinator at Youth Diversion and a Summer Student - Strategic Sourcing at Shared Services West. In 2013, they joined University Health Network | Altum Health as part of the Outcomes Measurement & Research Team. In 2016, they began working at Sun Life Financial as a Health & Wellness Intern | Integrated Health Solutions and at Sprout at Work as a Manager, Customer Success, Client Success Manager, and Client Success Team. In 2019, they joined Genuine Health as Manager, Customer Experience, where they structured and built out the Customer Experience department, managed the B2C and B2B customer experience, order fulfillment, and inside sales functions, and developed and delivered upon the Customer Experience strategy. Currently, Hilary is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Citylitics Inc.

Hilary FitzGibbon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Health Studies from Queen's University between 2009 and 2013. In 2015, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Wellness & Health Promotion from Centennial College. In July 2015, they obtained Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C certification. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Digital Health Promotion from York University.
