Ashleigh Bakos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ashleigh started their career at Wright State University, where they were a member of the WSU Division 1 Volleyball Team. During their time there, they served as a Student Athletic Advisory Council Representative and Secretary, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a relentless work ethic.

After graduating, Ashleigh joined Dayton Juniors Volleyball Club as a coach. In this role, they led drills, designed game plan strategies, and tracked individual player stats to provide accurate feedback and assistance for personal improvement.

Ashleigh then transitioned into the hospitality industry, starting as a Hospitality Intern at Dayton Marriott, where they gained an understanding of Marriott culture and values. Ashleigh later became a Sales Representative at Dayton Marriott, where they were instrumental in improving group sales by 41% in one year.

Following their success at Dayton Marriott, Ashleigh joined Marriott International as a Sales Assistant at Renaissance Nashville. In this role, they conducted research, aided the Director of Sales in reducing errors on the Data Quality Index Audit, and developed tools to enhance the transition and learning process for sales administration.

Most recently, Ashleigh has been working at Fooda, a foodservice company. Ashleigh held various roles, including Market Expansion Operations Manager, Market Expansion Business Development Manager, Regional Business Development + Market Expansion Manager, and Senior Regional Business Development Manager | TEXAS. In these positions, they launched and managed client accounts, established strong restaurant networks, improved operating procedures, and reduced staffing while maintaining performance. Ashleigh also completed the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.

Outside of their professional career, Ashleigh has been involved with #GirlsClub as a Generation 3 Protege, Protege of the Year, and Generation 4 Mentor.

Ashleigh Bakos earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Wright State University, completing their education from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Marriott International CI/TY SME, Marriott International Report Rockstar, and ServSafe Food Protection Manager, although the institution and specific dates of achievement are not provided.
