Gaurang Gupta is an accomplished operations and supply chain professional with extensive experience in leading and optimizing processes within the e-commerce sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations & Supply Chain at CityMall since July 2023, Gaurang previously held various senior management roles at Amazon from August 2017 to March 2023, contributing significantly to program management and operational excellence. Earlier experience includes notable positions at Flipkart, where Gaurang played a key role in establishing warehousing operations and procurement processes.
