Siraj Dheen has worked at two companies so far. siraj started their career at Citynet in 2002 as a Security Analyst, where they were responsible for designing and developing network infrastructure for small to medium-level companies. siraj used various tools and software such as Windows Servers, Exchange Servers, Cisco, UTM Appliances, Websense, Symantec, Trend Micro, and Juniper. siraj specialized in Network Security, Vulnerability assessment, and Penetration testing. In May 2016, they became the Head of Business Operations at Citynet.

In 2008, Siraj joined Ericsson as a Vendor, where they worked until 2011.

Siraj Dheen has a diverse educational background primarily focused on the field of physics and information security. In 1990-1992, they attended both Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and Sadakathulla Appa College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics. Later in 2010, they attended EC COUNCIL for a brief period to study Information Security, completing a course in Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH).
