Trey Balser

Trey Balser is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network engineering and managed services. Currently serving as Managed Services Infrastructure Supervisor at Citynet since December 2020, Trey has also held roles as Network Engineer and Network Infrastructure Technician within the same company. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Support Specialist at St. Mary's Medical Center and as a Network Operations Center Engineer at Network Innovation Solutions. Trey began a career in technology as a Salesperson at Sheetz before transitioning to IT roles, including positions at Mountwest Community and Technical College and Advanced Technical Solutions, LLC. Trey holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security and Information Assurance and a Master's degree in Cyber Security & Information Assurance from Western Governors University, along with an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Mountwest Community and Technical College.
