Sierra Petersen

Sierra Petersen, LCSW, serves as the Director of Clinical Training & Education and Psychotherapist at Cityscape Counseling since September 2021. Prior to this, Sierra held the position of Training Coordinator at NAMI Chicago, where leadership included the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Training in collaboration with the Chicago Police Department. Additional experience includes roles such as Training Manager at the Community Programs Accelerator at the University of Chicago, Nonprofit Project Manager at the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, and various internship positions focused on public policy and case management. Sierra earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Michigan State University.
